I started making hot sauce years ago because I just couldn't buy mass-produced sauces anymore. I simply didn't like any of them. So one day in my kitchen I thought, "it can't be that hard to make a quality hot sauce that not only has great heat, but more importantly, great flavor!" So after a few attempts, my original flavor was born! Friends and family couldn't get enough of my hot sauce. I ended up having to buy several pepper plants so I could grow my own peppers to keep up with the demand! My daughters were constantly saying, "Dad, you really should sell your hot sauce.
